She always kicks off her visit with the super-delicious Pandan Coconut Custard. My family can’t wait to schmear this velvety stuff onto a toast. The cooking of this coconut custard is like ritual, you have to gently mix everything together and then let the heat transforms the humblest of ingredients into something magnificent.
